目的:为了了解保山大中专院校青年学生艾滋病知识知晓率、获得艾滋病相关知识的途径及行为情况,为学校开展健康教育和预防控制艾滋病提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,根据知情同意的原则,随机在保山学院和保山中专学校内抽取4500名学生进行现场匿名自填式问卷调查。结果:被调查的青年学生整体上对艾滋病一般知识和传播途径有较高的知晓率,但对艾滋病预防知识及危险行为还存在知晓率较低(<50%)的情况。结论:保山市大中专院校青年学生对艾滋病相关知识掌握不全面,并在艾滋病相关危险行为方面自我防护意识薄弱;须加强青年学生艾滋病防治宣传教育工作,提高青年学生对艾滋病相关知识的了解,避免艾滋病高危行为的发生,以控制艾滋病在青年学生中的传播具有重要意义。 Objectives: In order to understand the awareness of HIV / AIDS among young students in Baoshan Polytechnic colleges and universities, ways and behavior of HIV / AIDS related knowledge and provide a scientific basis for health education and AIDS prevention and control in schools. Methods: According to the principle of informed consent, a random sample of 4,500 students were randomly selected from Baoshan College and Baoshan Secondary School for anonymous self-completed questionnaire survey. Results: The young students surveyed generally had a higher awareness rate of AIDS general knowledge and route of transmission, but there was also a low awareness rate (<50%) of AIDS prevention knowledge and risk behaviors. Conclusion: Young students in Baosteel colleges and universities have a poor understanding of HIV / AIDS related knowledge and a weak awareness of HIV / AIDS-related risk behaviors. HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment education among youth students should be strengthened to improve young students’ understanding of HIV / AIDS related knowledge It is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of AIDS-related high-risk behaviors in order to control the spread of AIDS among young students.
