对通常所采用的描述两段式双稳半导体激光器的速率方程组作了适当的修正,并根据物理事实引入一个方程限定波长.从而使速率方程组可以用来讨论器件输出波长的变化.数值模拟的结果不但符合前人实验观察到的当器件输出功率上跳时输出波长向长波长方向发生跳跃这个现象,而且还预计在下跳时输出波长将向短波端发生跳跃.
The velocity equations commonly used to describe two-stage bistable semiconductor lasers are properly modified and an equation limiting wavelength is introduced based on physical facts. So that the rate equations can be used to discuss changes in the output wavelength of the device. The result of numerical simulation not only accords with the phenomenon that when the output power of the device jumps, the output wavelength jumps to the long wavelength direction when observed in the previous experiments, but also predicts that the output wavelength will jump to the short-wavelength side when jumping down.
