介绍一种PC-Based数控插齿系统的结构与硬件构成;给出自定义齿扇数控编程步骤;提出一种自定义齿扇的切削进给速度计算方法和新的自定义轨迹的实时插补算法;设计了一种高效可靠的加工控制流程。加工实践表明系统稳定可靠,精度可稳定在6.5级(GB100095-88)。
This paper introduces the structure and hardware constitution of a PC-Based CNC gear cutting system, gives the steps of custom tooth CNC programming, proposes a method to calculate the cutting feedrate of the self-defined tooth fan and a new real-time interpolation algorithm ; Designed a highly efficient and reliable process control. Processing practice shows that the system is stable and reliable, the accuracy can be stabilized at 6.5 (GB100095-88).
