松岛认为一次枝梗数与茎杆最上部第一伸长节间大维管束数具有很高的正相关。中山认为穗下第一伸长节间大维管束数与每穗粒数存在 r=0.865的相关关系,并与第二伸长节间以下的大维管束数也具有显著的正相关。作者于1972年在福井农试场对水稻一次枝梗数与大维管束数的关系进行了考察,采用标准栽培品种,制作主茎节间与叶身的徒手横断切片,用结晶紫染色后置显微镜下观察。
Matsushima believes that the number of primary branches is very positively correlated with the number of large vascular bundles in the first elongated internode in the uppermost part of the stem. Zhongshan considered that there was a correlation of r = 0.865 between the number of large vascular bundles and the number of grains per spike in the first elongation internode in Zhongshan, and also had a significant positive correlation with the number of large vascular bundles in the second elongation.
