原发性肺癌引起脑转移者,并非少见,占脑转移癌的首位,约为25~66.4%,而引起脊髓转移者也不少,约占脊髓转移癌的17%。但临床上常遇到一些肺部无症状或不明显,而以脑或脊髓损害症状为首发的患者,因此,给早期诊断常带来困难。我院自1966~1982年间收治此类患者16例,现分析如下。临床资料一、性别与年龄本组男12例,女4例,男女之比为3:1。年龄最小为32岁,最大为69岁平均53.9岁,大多在51岁以上(12/16)。如以转移部位
It is not uncommon for primary lung cancer to cause brain metastases, accounting for 25 to 66.4% of brain metastases, and there are also many who cause spinal cord metastases, accounting for about 17% of spinal metastases. However, clinically, some patients with asymptomatic or invisible lungs are often encountered, and patients with brain or spinal cord lesions are the first patients.
