提出矮壮参数公式,鉴定出六个单系属于紧凑型种质资源,其中S_1,S_6属于极矮化类型。S_3、S_2、S_5S_4属于矮化类型。S_2、S3、S_4、S_5分别与巴梨进行测交,根据其后代分离比例初步证明紧凑株型的遗传方式是质量性状遗传,受隐性基因控制,是紧凑型育种的良好亲本;利用它们做中间砧嫁接砀山酥梨具有不同程度的矮化效应;可用作矮化砧术;其中S_2、S_3两个单系还有盆栽观赏利用价值。
The formulas of short and strong parameters were put forward, and six single lines were identified as compact germplasm resources, among which S_1 and S_6 belonged to extremely dwarf type. S_3, S_2, S_5S_4 belong to the dwarf type. S_2, S3, S_4 and S_5, respectively, were crossed with Pakistani pear. According to the segregation ratio of their offspring, it was initially proved that the compact plant type was inherited by quality trait and controlled by recessive gene and was a good parent for compact breeding. The grafting of Dangshan Pear with middle anvil had different degree of dwarfing effect, and could be used as dwarfing anvil technique. Among them, S 2 and S 3 had the ornamental value of potted plants.
