原人参二醇型皂苷Rd作为人参皂苷主要活性单体之一,具有保护心血管系统、保护神经系统、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。由于人参皂苷Rd在人参中的含量较低,从人参中直接提取是不符合实际的,可通过转化高含量人参皂苷中的葡糖基来获得稀有人参皂苷,主要包括化学转化法和生物转化法。该研究对人参皂苷Rd药理活性及制备方法进行了综述,以期为人参皂苷Rd广泛应用提供理论依据。
Protopanaxadiol-based saponin Rd as one of ginsenosides main active monomer, with the protection of the cardiovascular system, protect the nervous system, anti-aging, anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects. Due to the low content of ginsenoside Rd in ginseng, direct extraction from ginseng is not realistic, and ginsenosides can be obtained by converting glucosyl in high content of ginsenosides, including mainly chemical conversion and biotransformation . This study summarized the pharmacological activities of ginsenoside Rd and the preparation methods, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the wide application of ginsenoside Rd.
