患者女性,27岁,已婚,于1984年4月2日因泌乳7个月,闭经4个月入院。既往月经正常14((4～6)/(30))量及颜色正常。1974年因劳累后月经不规则,(4～6)/(15～30)量少。1979年4月结婚,半年后发现双侧乳房常有少许乳汁分泌。1月后闭经,末次月经1979年12月5日。此后除泌乳外,伴头昏、头疼、双目胀痛、视力下降,记忆力减退,有时恶心但无呕吐,体重由52kg增至56kg,妇科检查:生殖器无异常发现,排除妊娠。
The female patient, 27 years old, was married. She was admitted to hospital on April 2, 1984 because of lactation for 7 months and amenorrhea for 4 months. Previous normal menstruation 14 ((4-6)/(30)) volume and color are normal. In 1974, because of irregular menstruation after exertion, the amount of (4 to 6)/(15 to 30) was small. Married in April 1979, six months later found that the breasts often have a little milk secretion. Amenorrhea after January, the last menstruation December 5, 1979. Later, in addition to lactation, with dizziness, headache, binocular pain, decreased vision, memory loss, and sometimes nausea but no vomiting, weight increased from 52kg to 56kg, gynecological examination: no abnormal genitalia found to rule out pregnancy.
