钢包是冶金工业的重要设备,其内衬的温度分布对内衬热机械应力分布乃至寿命都有至关重要的影响,其寿命的长短直接影响钢铁企业的经济效益。建立了基于有限元法的钢包二维模型,并研究了工作层材料的导热率及其厚度对钢包温度场的影响。分析结果表明:随着钢包内衬工作层材料导热率的增大和厚度的减小,钢包壳温度升高加快。
Ladle is an important equipment in the metallurgical industry. The temperature distribution of its lining has a crucial influence on the thermal mechanical stress distribution and the longevity of the liner. The life span of the ladle directly affects the economic benefits of the steel enterprise. A two-dimensional model of ladle based on finite element method was established, and the influence of thermal conductivity and thickness of working layer material on ladle temperature field was also studied. The analysis results show that the temperature of the steel cladding increases with the increase of the thermal conductivity and the decrease of the thickness of the working layer of the steel liner.
