为研究稻草砖填充墙的热工性能,基于稳态传热性质的测定防护热箱法,采用CD-WTF1515稳态热传递性质测定系统对内蒙古地区工程实践中的500 mm厚稻草砖墙体和390 mm厚混凝土空心砌块墙体进行室内模拟试验,并根据《农村居住建筑节能设计标准》对2种构造体的热工性能进行比对。结果表明:稻草砖填充墙体的热工性能优于混凝土空心砌块墙体;同时对内蒙古自治区阿鲁科尔沁旗国家节能示范项目的稻草砖房运用记忆式温湿度计进行热环境测试,结果证明:稻草砖房具有良好的热稳定性和室内热环境质量;为北方地区新农村住宅绿色墙体材料的应用发展提供实际参考。
In order to study the thermal performance of the straw brick infilling wall, based on the determination of the steady-state heat-transfer properties of the protective hot box method, a CD-WTF1515 steady-state heat transfer property measurement system was used to measure the 500 mm thick straw brick wall and 390 mm thick concrete hollow block wall were simulated in-house, and the thermal performance of the two structures were compared according to the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Rural Areas. The results show that the thermal performance of the straw brick filling wall is better than that of the concrete hollow block wall. At the same time, the thermal environment test of the straw brick house of Aruqerqin Banner National Energy Conservation Demonstration Project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is conducted by using the memory hygrometer, : Straw brick house has good thermal stability and indoor thermal environmental quality; provide practical reference for the development and application of green wall materials in new rural residential buildings in the north.
