通过对无患子种子分别使用低温湿沙层积(A)、3%HCl溶液浸种(B)、70℃热水浸泡(C)方法处理后,再分别对它们在相对一致的条件下进行播种试验,结果表明:A处理的种子明显较其它两种处理萌发时间提早18~20 d,发芽率达83%,发芽时间相对集中,出苗齐,生长势高。B处理的次之,C处理效果较差。
Sapindus igniarius seeds were treated with low temperature wet sand (A), 3% HCl solution (B) and 70 ℃ hot water soaking (C), respectively, and then sowing them under relatively consistent conditions The results showed that the germination time of A treatment was 18 ~ 20 d earlier than that of the other two treatments, the germination rate was 83%, the germination time was relatively concentrated, and the seedling emergence and growth vigor were high. B followed by the second, C treatment less effective.
