锐钛矿型二氧化钛是一种常见的钛的氧化物,具有无毒、折射率高、稳定性高等特性,常作为半导体材料、催化剂或储能材料.通过水解硫酸钛和正丙醇混合溶液制备了锐钛矿型的球形二氧化钛,并对水解温度、混合溶液配比、煅烧温度及时间对所得产物晶体结构和形貌的影响进行了详细研究分析.结果表明,当水解温度为80℃,以聚乙烯吡咯酮(PVP)为分散剂,水解正丙醇与硫酸钛等体积(k=1∶1)混合溶液所得前驱体经750℃高温热处理2h后得到了不含杂质的锐钛矿型的球形TiO_2,所得产物粒径均匀大小为1μm左右.
