目的调查广州东北郊增城市并殖吸虫流行分布状况。方法采集调查点山溪中溪蟹,解剖溪蟹查找并殖吸虫囊蚴;然后将检获囊蚴饲喂人工感染家犬,解剖人工感染虫卵阳性家犬,查找并殖吸虫成虫。结果蟹体卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率58.46%(38/65),感染度为2.12个囊蚴/只蟹,0.59个囊蚴/克蟹,为中度疫源地(Ⅲ级);蟹种为平远南海溪蟹,解剖两条人工感染并殖吸虫阳性家犬,检获卫氏并殖吸虫成虫42条。结论发现广州东北郊增城市存在卫氏并殖吸虫自然疫源地,疫源地等级为中度疫源地(Ⅲ级)。
Objective To investigate the epidemic distribution of Paragonimus in Zengcheng, northeast of Guangzhou. Methods The creek crabs were collected from the surveyed creek and crocodiles were dissected and crabs were dissected. Then the cercariae were inoculated to artificial infected dogs and the infected dogs were dissected and the paragonimus adults were found. Results The infection rate of paragonimus westermani in crab was 58.46% (38/65), and the infection rate was 2.12 cercariae / crab, 0.59 cercariae / g crab. Crab species are far away from the South China Sea crab, anatomizing two artificial infection and Paragonimus positive dogs, Paragonimus westerman adults were seized 42. Conclusions The natural foci of Paragonimus westermani in Zengcheng City, northeastern of Guangzhou, are found. The epidemic area is of intermediate foci (Grade Ⅲ).
