近年来,我校在实施“小班化教育”中进行了积极的探索,取得了较大的成绩。一、通过培训把教师领进小班化教育2011年我校确立了小班化研究主题,选定了实验班,合理地调配了教师,组织相关人员开展小班化教育研究。先是由校长带领部分骨干教师到县教科所学习,再把科研所的领导请到我校对全体教师进行培训。通过培训,提高教师对小班化教育的全面认识,进一步了解小班化教育的内涵和优势,让教师在思想上接受小班化,在工作中胜任小班化。
