Zhu Jimin, president of China Iron and Steel Association, welcomed the deputies attending the ceremony on behalf of the Association of Steel Ships. In his speech, President Zhu said that China and India, both large developing countries, have much in common in terms of population size, stage of economic development, ideology and culture. Both China and India are also big steel producing countries. Both the steel industry and the steel industry also have vast space for development. At the same time, they also face unprecedented challenges in resources, energy and environment. India is also China’s third largest source of iron ore imports and China’s metallurgical technology and equipment, refractory materials, ferroalloy and steel one of the major export markets.
