通过回流法(rf),研磨法(ym)制备了载银氧化锰八面体分子筛Ag/OMS-2复合催化剂,研究了制备方法和制备条件对其催化氧化甲醛性能的影响。采用XRD、TEM、SEM和BET技术对所制备样品进行表征。研究结果表明,回流法制备的rf-Ag/OMS-2催化剂活性明显高于研磨法制备的ym-Ag/OMS-2催化剂。制备条件(Ag负载量和煅烧温度)明显影响rf-Ag/OMS-2催化剂的催化性能。催化活性评价结果表明,载银量为10%(质量分数),煅烧400~500℃的催化剂催化活性较高,在室温下对甲醛去除率为80%以上。催化剂的稳定性研究结果表明,所制备的催化剂经过处理能重复使用多次,并且活性变化不大,具有很好的稳定性。
The silver / manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieve Ag / OMS-2 composite catalyst was prepared by refluxing method (rf) and milling method (ym). The effects of preparation methods and preparation conditions on the performance of the catalyst for the catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde were studied. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and BET techniques. The results show that the activity of rf-Ag / OMS-2 catalyst prepared by reflux method is obviously higher than that of ym-Ag / OMS-2 catalyst prepared by grinding method. Preparation conditions (Ag loading and calcination temperature) significantly affect the catalytic performance of rf-Ag / OMS-2 catalyst. The results of the catalytic activity evaluation showed that the catalyst with the silver content of 10% (mass fraction) calcined at 400-500 ℃ had high catalytic activity and the formaldehyde removal rate was above 80% at room temperature. The stability of the catalyst shows that the prepared catalyst can be reused several times after being treated, with little change in activity and good stability.
