在前文中报告用连续变更浓度法找出两种新的邻苯二酚一铁(Ⅲ)络合物。其一为蓝色阴离子,在pH5.9左右存在,另一为微绿黄色阳离子,在pH2时存在,其铁与邻苯二酚基之比分别为1:3与2:1。作为新络合物而只用一法证明,似乎是还不大够,因此有用其他方法复验之必要。兹采用克分子比法用Unicam S.P.500型分光光度计寻找在pH5.9与2.0时,不同比例的钱与邻苯二酚之光密度值。结果见图1及2。所得结果证实前文所提出的两种新络合物确系存在。
In the previous report, two new catechol-iron (III) complexes were identified using the Continuous Change Concentration method. One is a blue anion present at about pH 5.9 and the other is a slightly greenish-yellow cation present at pH 2 with a ratio of iron to catechol of 1: 3 and 2: 1, respectively. As a new complex and only one method to prove, it seems not enough, so there is the need for other methods of retesting. Hereby the molecular ratio method was used Unicam S.P.500 spectrophotometer to find the optical density values for different ratios of catechol and phenol at pH 5.9 and 2.0. The results are shown in Figures 1 and 2. The results obtained confirm that the two new complexes proposed in the previous section do exist.
