本文报告了汕头口岸1989～1993年开展传染病监测体检的情况。五年共实施体检79769例,发现各类传染病及受感染阳性指标7832例,阳性率为9.818％。作者认为应当加强对出国人员和交通员工的传染病监测体检;出国回归人员和来汕工作的境外人员是AIDS、STD监测的重点对象;做好传染病监测体检及其配套服务是开展卫生检疫预防保健的重要途径。
This article reports on the medical examination carried out by Shantou Port from 1989 to 1993. In the past five years, a total of 79,769 medical examinations were conducted, in which 7832 cases of various infectious diseases and positive indicators of infection were found, the positive rate was 9.818%. The author believes that it is necessary to strengthen the physical examination of infectious disease surveillance for both overseas workers and traffic workers; the overseas returnees and overseas personnel who come to Shantou for work are the key targets of AIDS and STD monitoring; and the medical check-ups and their supporting services for infectious disease surveillance are to carry out health quarantine and preventive measures An important way of health care.
