农药喷洒既要使药剂在靶标(叶片或土壤)上有足够的分布,又要把飘移到非靶标生物上的雾滴控制在最少程度,因而对喷雾有较高的质量要求。农药喷洒使用的液力式喷头的类型很多,扇形雾喷头主要用于喷施除草剂,也用于像小麦一类的作物上喷施其它农药。圆锥雾喷头主要用于阔叶作物叶片上喷施杀虫剂和杀菌剂。均匀扇形雾喷头用于条带喷雾。当需要控制雾滴飘移时,就要采用防飘移喷头。气象条件能影响雾滴的扩散和在作物株冠层内的沉积,所以,选择合适的喷头和适当的操作条件,是取得良好防治效果和减轻对环境压力的重要保证。
Spraying pesticides requires both adequate distribution of the agent (target) on the target (leaf or soil) and the minimal amount of droplet drifting onto non-target organisms, resulting in higher quality requirements for the spray. There are many types of sprinklers used for spraying pesticides. Fan spray nozzles are mainly used to spray herbicides and also to spray other pesticides on crops like wheat. Conical fog nozzle is mainly used for broad-leaved leaves spray insecticides and fungicides. Even fan-shaped spray nozzle for strip spray. When the need to control drift drifting, it is necessary to use anti-drift nozzle. Meteorological conditions can affect the spread of droplets and deposition within the canopy of the crop, therefore, choosing a suitable spray head and proper operating conditions are important guarantees for achieving good control and reducing pressure on the environment.
