一、前言: 混凝土应力计是测试混凝土应力的重要仪器。我国五、六十年代曾从日本、瑞士进口应力计并在三门峡、新安江、刘家峡等电站埋设。随着水电建设事业发展需要,南京水电仪表厂从1960年开始试制卡尔逊型压应力计,64年试制样品的一些技术性能指标基本达到设计要求(生产中一些工艺性能问题除外)。但当时在进行试验时发现应力计对非应力变形(徐变)感受很大,便对应力计原理产生怀疑,后来就停止了试制。
First, the preface: Concrete stress meter is an important instrument to test the stress of concrete. In the 1950s and 1960s, China imported stress gauges from Japan and Switzerland and planted it in Sanmenxia, Xin’anjiang and Liujiaxia hydropower stations. With the development of hydropower construction needs, Nanjing Hydrometer Factory trial production of Carlson-type compressometer since 1960, some of the 64-year trial production of the technical performance indicators basically meet the design requirements (except for some production process performance issues). However, at the time of the experiment, it was found that the stress gauge felt a great deal of stress on the non-stress deformation (creep), which gave rise to suspicion of the principle of the strain gauge and later stopped trial production.
