对737例痤疮患者进行蠕形螨检查,结果检出蠕形螨感染人数513人,阳性率占69.47％,同时检查正常人面部皮肤234例,阳性人数126例阳性率为 53.84％(P<.05)。文中针对痤疮患者蠕形螨寄生情况与发病机理的相互关系作了初步的讨论。
Demodex tests were performed on 737 acne patients. The results showed that there were 513 patients with Demodex infection, the positive rate was 69.47%. In 234 cases of normal human facial skin, the positive rate of 126 cases was 53.84% (P <. 05). In this paper, the relationship between the incidence and pathogenesis of Demodex mites in acne patients was preliminarily discussed.
