本文报告我院的特发性、假性和继发性甲状旁腺功能减低症(以下简称甲旁低)28例。 23例中特发性甲旁低18例,假性2例,继发性8例。特发性中男性7例,女性11例,平均年龄25岁,病程15天～22年,均无阳性家族史、自身免疫性疾病和其他内分泌腺病史。2例假性者为同胞兄弟,发病年龄分别为17岁、13岁,病程分别为3年、1年,家族中无近亲婚配者。继发性中女性7例,男性1例,平均年龄32岁;术前诊为甲亢者5例,结节性甲状腺肿者3例,手术方式均为
This article reports my hospital’s idiopathic, pseudo-and secondary hypoparathyroidism (hereinafter referred to as the low side) in 28 cases. Of the 23 cases, idiopathic nodal low 18 cases, false 2 cases, secondary 8 cases. There were 7 idiopathic males and 11 females, with an average age of 25 years and a duration of 15 days to 22 years. No positive family history, autoimmune diseases and other endocrine diseases were found. 2 cases of pseudo-siblings, age of onset were 17 years old, 13 years of age, duration of 3 years respectively, 1 year, no clan in the family marriage.
