采用高温固相法合成Eu2+激活的碱土金属氯硅酸盐系荧光粉M7Mg2(SiO4)4C12:0.08Eu2+(M=Ca,Sr,Ba),研究了它们的荧光光谱。结果表明,3种荧光粉均为宽带激发,激发带位置分别在250~500nm、250~450nm、250~430nm。讨论了Eu2+离子的跃迁发射随基质组成的变化规律,随着Ca、Sr、Ba离子半径的依次增大,发射波长逐渐向短波方向移动,分别产生绿(507nm)、蓝(458、445nm)不同颜色的发射光。
Eu2 + activated alkaline earth chlorosilicate phosphor M7Mg2 (SiO4) 4C12: 0.08Eu2 + (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. Their fluorescence spectra were studied. The results show that the three kinds of phosphors are wideband excitation, the excitation band positions are 250 ~ 500nm, 250 ~ 450nm, 250 ~ 430nm. The variation of Eu2 + ion transition emission with the matrix composition was discussed. The emission wavelength gradually shifted to the short wavelength with the increase of the Ca, Sr and Ba ion radii, which resulted in the different green (507 nm) and blue (458 nm, 445 nm) Color emitted light.
