对某车型地毯材料拆分进行挥发性有机物的气味测试,发现再生海绵气味等级较差,用热脱附气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定再生海绵的挥发性有机物(VOC),并利用GC-MS检索库分析影响气味的关键物质及其来源。结果表明,影响地毯用再生海绵气味的物质主要是苯酚、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯等苯类物质,甲醛、乙醛、丙酮等醛酮类物质,苯胺类及大量的烷烃类物质。这些物质的主要来源是海绵生产过程中的各种助剂及其溶剂,再生海绵制备过程胶黏剂的溶剂等。
The odor of regenerated sponge was tested on the odor of volatile organic compounds in a carpet material by a car model. The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of regenerated sponge were determined by thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) GC-MS search library analysis of odor-affecting key substances and their sources. The results showed that the main substances affecting the smell of regenerated sponge carpet were benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene, aldehydes and ketones such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone, aniline and a lot of alkanes. The main source of these substances is the sponge in the production process of various additives and their solvents, regenerative sponge preparation solvent adhesives.
