目的 观察某型钢珠弹对四肢的致伤特点及规律 ,为四肢爆炸伤的救治提供依据。方法 以现场实验的方式 ,观察某型钢珠弹引爆后对实验动物的致伤作用。结果 伤后即刻死亡率为 5 3 .3 % ,伤后 6h达 70 .6%。四肢破片伤的发生率为 5 6.7% ,其中软组织损伤占 66.7% ,骨折发生率为 2 3 .3 % ,且均为粉碎性骨折。合并伤以胸、腹部最为多见 ,分别为 70 .6%和 64 .7%。结论四肢爆炸伤在该试验中发生率高 ,局部组织毁损严重 ,骨折均为粉碎性骨折 ,且合并全身多处损伤。
Objective To observe the injury characteristics and regularity of a type of steel ball projectile on the extremities and provide basis for the treatment of extremity explosive injury. Methods By means of field experiments, we observed the injury to experimental animals after a type of steel ball detonated. Results Immediate mortality was 53.3% after injury and 70.6% at 6 hours after injury. The incidence of limbs injuries was 5 6.7%, of which 66.7% were soft tissue injuries and 23.3% fractures were comminuted fractures. Combined injuries to the chest, abdomen most common, were 70.6% and 64.7%. Conclusion The extremity blast injury was high in this experiment. The local tissue was damaged severely. All the fractures were comminuted and combined with multiple injuries.
