自2006年以来,国家语言文字工作委员每年向社会发布“中国语言生活绿皮书”《中国语言生活状况报告》(以下简称《报告》),其中上编是年度报告。2010年10月第5部《报告》面世,此时恰逢首届中国语言生活学术研讨会召开,我们采访了《报告》上编的主编,中国社会科学院民族学与人类学研究所周庆生教授。这份访谈录系根据录音整理,发表前经过周教授审阅修改。
Since 2006, the State Linguistic Working Committee has released “Green Paper on Chinese Language Living” and “Chinese Language Living Status Report” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) to the public annually, of which the above is the annual report. In October 2010, Part 5 “Report” was published. This time coincided with the first academic symposium on Chinese language life. We interviewed Professor Zhou Qingsheng, editor of “Report” and Professor Zhou Qingsheng of Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The interviews recorded according to the recording finishing, published before review by Professor Zhou modified.
