动脉粥样硬化是引发心脑血管疾病的最重要的病理基础之一。血管内皮细胞是血管组织和血液之间的第一道通透性屏障,在维持机体内环境稳态方面发挥着重要作用。血管屏障通透性增高是动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中的一个重要环节。本文就内皮细胞通透性改变与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的关系作一综述。
Atherosclerosis is one of the most important pathological causes of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Vascular endothelial cells are the first barrier of permeability between vascular tissue and blood and play an important role in maintaining homeostasis in the body. Increased vascular barrier permeability is an important part of the development of atherosclerosis. This review summarizes the relationship between endothelial cell permeability changes and the development of atherosclerosis.
