目的通过对某燃煤电厂工作场所生产性粉尘危害作业分级,为判定该建设项目粉尘危害严重程度和企业粉尘防治管理提供依据。方法对工作场所进行职业卫生调查,识别职业病危害因素,确定生产性粉尘接触岗位,用《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第1部分:生产性粉尘》(GBZ/T229.1-2010)标准对工作场所生产性粉尘进行作业分级。结果除灰渣系统巡检岗位粉尘作业结果为Ⅰ级,燃运系统巡检岗位、脱硫系统巡检岗位和电焊作业岗位的粉尘作业分级为0级。结论企业应对灰库、气化风机、干式碎渣机的防护设施进行检修,改善除灰渣系统作业环境,加强粉尘治理。
Aim To classify the hazardous dust produced in the workplace of a coal-fired power plant and provide the basis for judging the severity of the dust hazard of the construction project and the dust prevention and control of the enterprise. Methods Occupational health survey in the workplace was conducted to identify occupational hazard factors and determine the location of productive dust exposure. The workplace was classified according to GBZ / T229.1-2010, “Occupational Hazards Classification of Workplace Part 1: Productive Dust” Producing dust for job classification. Results In addition to the dust residue inspection system for dust job position for the first grade, gas transportation system inspection positions, desulfurization system inspection positions and welding operations dust job classified as 0 level. Conclusion The enterprises shall carry out overhaul of the protective facilities of gray-warehouses, gasification fans and dry-type shredders to improve the operation environment of the ash-removing system and strengthen the dust control.
