本文以碧海云天四期工程为例,首先简要地介绍了工程概况、本工程中安全监理的工作目标及其主要内容以及组织机构设置情况。接着,对项目采用安全监理后,一直未收到预期效果的原因进行了深入的剖析。最后,针对安全监理实施的不顺利情况,提出了一些相关性建议,希望对我国安全监理制度的顺利实施有所帮助。 Taking Bihai Yuntian Phase IV project as an example, this paper briefly introduces the general situation of the project, the objectives of safety supervision in this project, its main contents, and the setting of organizational structure. Then, after the safety supervision of the project, the reason why the expected effect has not been received has been deeply analyzed. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward in the light of the unsmooth situation of the implementation of safety supervision, hoping to help the smooth implementation of the safety supervision system in our country.
