现代社会非政府、非营利组织正在兴起，并越来越多地介入社会公共事物和公共福利事业，弥补着政府和市场在解决社会问题上的不足。本文分析了非营利组织兴起的原因、特征以及其在社区发展中扩充社会建设资金来源、扩大就业渠道、促进社会志愿服务发展和促进现行政府管理体制改革等各方面的积极作用。 Non-governmental organizations and non-profit organizations in modern society are emerging and more and more involved in social public affairs and public welfare undertakings, making up for the shortcomings of the government and the market in solving social problems. This paper analyzes the reasons for the rise of nonprofit organizations, their features and their positive role in expanding community sources of funding for social development, expanding employment channels, promoting the development of social volunteer services and promoting the reform of the current government management system.
