报道苏式放射状角膜切开术后２年以上资料完整的１５７例（３１４眼）的疗效。术前裸眼视力平均０．１６，手术切口４－１２刀，视区３．０－３．２ｍｍ。术后２年视力平均０．７，１．０以上２１９眼占７０％，０．５以上２８４眼占９０．４５％。中度近视组术后屈光度平均下降４．６２Ｄ，高度近视组平均下降６．２９Ｄ，最高度近视组平均下降７．２５Ｄ；术后散光平均值增加，角膜曲率明显减低。结果表明苏式放射状角膜切开术治疗近视眼疗效显著，术后屈光度稳定。分析影响ＲＫ术疗效的因素，报道本组病例术中术后的并发症，分析发生并发症的原因提出有关预防及处理措施。
Reported the efficacy of 157 cases (314 eyes) with complete data of more than 2 years after the Soviet radial keratotomy. Preoperative visual acuity average 0.16, surgical incision 4-12 knife, visual area 3.0-3.2mm. The average visual acuity was 0.7 at 2 years after operation, while the above 219 eyes accounted for 70%, while those over 0.54 accounted for 90.45%. In moderate myopia group, the average postoperative diopter decreased by 4.62D, the average myopia decreased by 6.29D, the highest myopia decreased by 7.25D; the average astigmatism increased and the corneal curvature decreased significantly. The results showed that the Soviet radial keratotomy for the treatment of myopia significant effect, postoperative refraction was stable. Analysis of the factors that affect the efficacy of RK surgery, reporting of intraoperative and postoperative complications in this group of patients, analysis of the causes of complications put forward prevention and treatment measures.
