本文从理论和实践上论证离心汽室套(以下简称离心套)产生气孔和云斑的原因和解决办法。离心套产生气孔的原因是来自铸型中涂料内粘土的结晶水,产生云斑的原因是进入金属中之气体的不均匀分布并在激冷条件下形成两种不同形态的石墨所造成的。
In this paper, the causes and solutions of the stomata and cloud spots in the centrifugal chamber cover (hereinafter referred to as the centrifugal cover) are demonstrated theoretically and practically. The reason for the cavitation in the centrifuge sleeve is the water of crystallization from the clay in the coating in the mold, which is caused by the non-uniform distribution of the gas entering the metal and the formation of two different morphologies of graphite under chilled conditions.
