目的探讨影响普通人群肝脏受控衰减参数的相关因素。方法使用FibroScan○R-520诊断仪检测208例健康体检者肝脏受控衰减参数(CAP值),同时获取受试者的主要生化指标和性别、年龄、体质量指数、腰高比、腰臀比,对其进行多元线性回归分析和偏最小二乘回归分析,建立回归方程。结果多元线性回归分析显示,CAP值与体质量指数、腰臀比和年龄呈显著性相关,其标准回归系数分别为:体质量指数,β=0.2538,P=0.0007;腰臀比,β=0.1781,P=0.0158;年龄,β=0.1935,P=0.0022;通过多元回归分析和偏最小二乘回归建立的模型分别为:CAP=-137.70+9.40×甘油三脂+5.40×体质量指数+176.34×腰臀比+1.60×年龄,改良的CAP=-135.23+11.57×甘油三脂+4.82×体质量指数+212.81×腰臀比+1.12×年龄。结论普通人群CAP正常值范围受体质量指数、腰臀比和年龄的影响,改良的回归模型能更好地反映肝脏CAP值。
Objective To explore the factors that affect the controlled attenuation of liver in general population. Methods The FibroScan ○ R-520 was used to detect the liver control decay parameters (CAP) of 208 healthy subjects. The main biochemical indexes and the gender, age, body mass index, waist-height ratio, Multivariate linear regression analysis and partial least-squares regression analysis, the establishment of regression equation. Results Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that CAP value was significantly related to body mass index, waist-hip ratio and age. The standard regression coefficients were: body mass index, β = 0.2538, P = 0.0007; waist-hip ratio, β = 0.1781 , P = 0.0158; age, β = 0.1935, P = 0.0022. The models established by multiple regression analysis and partial least squares regression were: CAP = -137.70 + 9.40 × triglyceride + 5.40 × body mass index + 176.34 × Waist-hip ratio + 1.60 × age, improved CAP = -135.23 + 11.57 × triglycerides + 4.82 × body mass index + 212.81 × waist-hip ratio + 1.12 × age. Conclusion The normal range of CAP in the general population is affected by body mass index, waist-hip ratio and age. The improved regression model can better reflect the liver CAP value.
