内部社会资本是高校图书馆重要资本的组成部分,是保证其发展动力和活力的关键因素。优质的内部社会资本能够为高校图书馆提升团队凝聚力、降低内部管理成本以及促进创新发展创造有利条件。但在高校图书馆实际治理过程中,制度建设滞后、权力滥用、利益分配机制不完善以及信任缺失等因素严重制约了内部社会资本的积累。针对上述问题,图书馆可以从制度创新、权力规范、利益分配机制建设、建立内部互信、承担网络责任等方面着手完善,建立一套规范有效的内部社会资本积累机制,以促进高校图书馆内部治理水平的提升。
Internal social capital is an integral part of the university library’s important capital and is the key factor to ensure its development momentum and vitality. High-quality internal social capital can create favorable conditions for university libraries to enhance team cohesion, reduce internal management costs and promote innovation and development. However, in the process of actual management of university libraries, the lag of system construction, the abuse of power, the imperfect distribution of benefits, and the lack of trust have seriously hindered the accumulation of internal social capital. In response to the above problems, the library can be improved from the aspects of system innovation, power standardization, profit distribution mechanism establishment, internal mutual trust establishment and network responsibility responsibility, etc. to establish a set of standardized and effective internal social capital accumulation mechanism to promote the internal governance of university libraries Horizontal promotion.
