分析指出了邮电分营后邮政企业所存在的几个问题:人员过多,劳动生产率低;技术人才少,人员素质低,科技进步发展后劲不足;资本经营和资金效益观念淡薄,营销机制古板。并据此提出了相应的改进措施,并认为邮政的发展需要优惠政策的扶持。
The analysis points out several problems existing in postal postal postal enterprises: over-staffing, low labor productivity; few technical personnel, low personnel quality and insufficient stamina for the development of science and technology; the weak concept of capital operation and capital efficiency and the old-fashioned marketing mechanism. And accordingly put forward corresponding improvement measures, and believes that the development of postal service needs the support of preferential policies.
