目的 :研究个别后牙反对咀嚼运动轨迹的影响 .方法 :8名个别后牙反者和 12名同龄正常咬合对照者 ,采用下颌运动轨迹描记仪 SGG 记录咀嚼口香糖时的运动轨迹 .结果 :个别后牙反者的咀嚼运动环偏离正中矢状面的程度明显大于正常对照组 ,有些咀嚼运动环呈现如 8 字形等异常状态 ,说明后牙的反关系明显影响了咀嚼运动环的类型和方向 ,这种影响可能能够通过神经反馈机制 ,增加咀嚼肌负荷 ,并可进一步影响关节的受力情况 .结论 :个别后牙反可以影响咀嚼运动环的类型和方向 .
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of individual posterior teeth anti- on the chewing motion.Methods: Eight individual posterior teeth anteroposterior and 12 same-age normal occlusion controls were used to record the motion trajectory of chewing gum with SGG.Results : Individual posterior teeth anti-mastiff masticatory ring deviated from the median sagittal plane was significantly greater than the normal control group, and some masticatory rings showed abnormalities such as 8-shaped, indicating that the anti-后 relationship of the posterior teeth significantly affect the chewing ring Type and direction, this effect may be through the neural feedback mechanism to increase the load of the chewing muscle, and can further affect the force of the joint.Conclusion: Individual posterior teeth anti-chin can affect the type and direction of the chewing ring.
