目的:建立尿液中锰元素的原子吸光广谱测定方法。方法:采用石墨炉的原子吸收光谱测定法测定尿样中锰元素的含量。并且加入基体改善剂,采用程序升温的办法进行测定。结果:当锰元素的含量范围在0~80μg/L内,其线性回归方程为[ABS]=0.03532C+0.0542,其标准曲线的相关系数r为0.9991。在此范围内其线性良好。精密度试验,其变异系数,分别是4.2%,4.4%以及3.8%;本方法的回收率在93%到103%之间,回收率符合要求。结论:原子吸收光谱测定尿样中的锰元素含量,能够节省样品的预处理过程,并且相关性良好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of manganese in urine by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The content of manganese in urine samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. And add the matrix to improve the agent, using the method of temperature measurement. Results: When the content of manganese was in the range of 0 ~ 80μg / L, the linear regression equation was [ABS] = 0.03532C + 0.0542, and the correlation coefficient r of the standard curve was 0.9991. The linearity is good in this range. The precision test showed that the coefficient of variation was 4.2%, 4.4% and 3.8%, respectively. The recoveries of this method ranged from 93% to 103%, and the recoveries met the requirements. Conclusion: Atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of manganese in urine samples can save sample pretreatment process and has good correlation. It is worthy of promotion.
