大兴安岭地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:3月28日,肇州县榆树乡书才村发生大风天连营火灾,造成14户村民受灾,过火面积700余平方米。这起大风天连营火灾给全省春季防火工作敲响了警钟。据气象部门预测,我省近期大风天日数增多,城乡高火险等级天气偏多且气候干燥,发生连营火灾的可能性较高。为切实加强春季防火安全工作,最大限度地预防大风天火灾事故,经省政府领导同意,现就有关事项紧急通知如下:

In order to effectively strengthen the work of fire prevention and safety in the spring and to prevent wind and sand fires to the maximum extent possible, the provincial government leaders are hereby promised that the relevant matters are urgently notified as follows:
