采用冷喷涂工艺在AZ80镁合金表面制备316L和316L/WC-12Co两种涂层,利用SEM分析原始粉末形貌及涂层的显微组织,研究不同冷喷涂气体温度和压力对涂层沉积效率和孔隙率的影响,以及涂层的摩擦磨损性能和磨损机理。结果表明:采用冷喷涂工艺可在AZ80镁合金基体上制备出316L和316L/WC-12Co涂层;冷喷涂气体压力和温度对粉末沉积效率、涂层孔隙率有较大影响,气体压力和温度越高,粉末沉积效率越高,涂层孔隙率越低;冷喷涂316L和316L/WC-12Co涂层都可显著提高镁合金的耐磨性能,由于WC-12Co的加入,冷喷涂316L/WC-12Co涂层表现出更为优异的耐磨性能。
Two kinds of coatings, 316L and 316L / WC-12Co, were prepared on the surface of AZ80 magnesium alloy by cold spraying. The morphology of the original powder and the microstructure of the coating were analyzed by SEM. The effects of temperature and pressure of different cold spraying gases on the deposition efficiency And porosity, as well as the friction and wear properties and wear mechanisms of the coatings. The results show that 316L and 316L / WC-12Co coatings can be prepared on AZ80 magnesium alloy by cold spraying.
