对喷雾干燥工艺进行优选 ,用正交设计法 ,确定最佳喷雾干燥工艺 ,先优选最佳辅料 ,再用正交设计选择辅料与浸膏比例 ,浸膏比重、进风温度、出口温度对产品含水量的影响 ,及过一段时间含水量的变化。结果表明 ,选 β-CD为辅料所得产品的含水量最低 ,优选出最佳工艺为 A1 B1 C2 D1 。
Optimize the spray drying process, use orthogonal design method, determine the best spray drying process, first optimize the best auxiliary materials, then use the orthogonal design to select the proportion of accessories and extracts, the specific gravity of the extract, the inlet temperature, the outlet temperature to the product The effect of water content, and the change in water content over time.
