慢性心力衰竭患者长期口服巯甲丙脯氨酸(Captopril)可通过对血管紧张素转换酶的抑制而减少肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的活性,从而产生周围血管的扩张,并减少醛固酮的合成.前者改善心脏泵功能,而后者将可减少长期治疗中的水、盐潴留.本文对慢性左心衰竭口服巯甲丙脯氨酸治疗的血流动力学与临床效应进行评价.方法:9例因缺血性心肌病引起的慢性难治性心力衰竭患者,均为男性,平均年龄63岁,心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级,血压都在正常范围内.巯甲丙脯氨酸
