近几年来,我国钢铁工业信息化与自动化发展很快。截至2005年4月份,我国钢铁战线已有宝钢股份、衡阳钢管、江阴兴澄特钢、涟钢、首钢、济钢等30多个大中型钢铁企业的ERP工程已经建成上线或正在建设之中。在15家年产钢500万吨以上的钢铁企业中已经上线或正在建设的有14家,占90%以上。其中有一半左右的企业已经上线运行。钢铁企业的ERP建设是一项全新高科技工程,国内尚无成熟的成套经验,国外也无适合我国各种不同类型企业特点的现成经验,需要我们根据企业实际学习借鉴国外先进经验摸索试验。上线以前,有专业公司亲自参与指导甚至手把手地教练。目前不少企业已经逐步实现整体集成上线,取得阶段性成果。但是,我们建设ERP工程的目的不是为了上线,而是要紧密结合企业发展战略,充分利用最新的信息化科技手段和管理理念,以ERP为核心,建立有效的全程供应链管理体系,全面优化、规范各项管理工作,提高企业核心竞争能力和市场应变能力,实现企业效益的最大化。所以,ERP上线不是信息化工作的结束,而是信息化工作的开始。那么,ERP上线以后怎么办?这不仅是已经上线的企业面临的一个紧迫问题,也是即将上线的企业很快就会遇到的一个共性问题。为了探讨和解决这个问题,本刊今天发表了尉可超同志撰写的济南钢铁集团公司(以下简称济钢)上线以后运行情况的调查,对运行中遇到的主要问题和解决问题的做法进行了比较详细的介绍,供大家借鉴参考。目的是引导大家一起就ERP上线后,如何进一步完善提高实现信息化带动工业化问题,共同研究探讨有效良策,以推进信息化建设健康发展。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s iron and steel industry information and automation.
