目的:研究克痫散对小白鼠部分性肌肉抽搐和阵挛的影响。方法:56只小白鼠随机分为生理盐水、克痫散、安定和苯巴比妥组。以上四组动物每天用上述四种制剂灌胃一次,连续灌胃30天后,每只小白鼠腹腔注射盐酸氨基脲200mg/kg,诱发癫痫,记录出现局部肌肉抽搐和阵挛的潜伏期和时间,进行统计学处理。结果:克痫散组的潜伏期明显高于其他各组,持续时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论:吉林市船营中医院提供的克痫散对盐酸氨基脲诱发的部分性肌肉抽搐和阵挛有显著疗效,其疗效优于安定和苯巴比妥。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Kexue San on partial muscle twitch and clonus in mice. Methods: 56 mice were randomly divided into normal saline, Kexue San, diazepam and phenobarbital group. The above four groups of animals were orally gavaged with the above four preparations every day. After continuous gavage for 30 days, each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with 200 mg / kg of semicarbazide hydrochloride to induce epilepsy. The incubation period and time of local muscle twitching and clonus were recorded. Statistical analysis. Results: The latency of Kexue San group was significantly higher than that of other groups, and the duration was shorter (P <0.01). Conclusion: Kexue San provided by Shipyard Hospital of Jilin City has significant curative effect on semicarbazide hydrochloride induced partial muscle twitch and clonus, and its curative effect is superior to diazepam and phenobarbital.
