目的探讨机械通气在治疗急性有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法将我院2000年6月~2008年9月收治的有机磷农药中毒中的53例急性有机磷农药中毒并呼吸衰竭患者,采用机械通气进行救治及进行综合治疗并监测血气结果。结果53例呼吸衰竭患者,经过机械通气及综合治疗后,脱机成功并痊愈出院45例(84.9%),平均上机时间48h,机械通气前后血气分析结果比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论机械通气是救治急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the role of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 53 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure in organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from June 2000 to September 2008 were treated with mechanical ventilation and comprehensive treatment and blood gas monitoring results were obtained. Results In 53 patients with respiratory failure, 45 cases (84.9%) were discharged successfully and were discharged after mechanical ventilation and comprehensive treatment. The average time on the machine was 48 hours. The difference of blood gas analysis before and after mechanical ventilation was significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an important measure to treat acute organophosphate poisoning complicated with respiratory failure.
