应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术,对食管癌前病变和食管癌细胞rasP21进行了定量研究,并分析了rasP21的表达量与DNA倍体和细胞增殖指数的关系。结果表明:食管癌细胞rasP21表达量(荧光指数FI)明显高于食管癌前病变的表达量,并发现rasP2l表达的荧光指数随组织学分级增高升高,DNA倍体与P21表达量密切相关。
Flow cytometry and cellular immunofluorescence staining techniques were used to quantitatively study esophageal precancerous lesions and esophageal cancer cells rasP21. The relationship between rasP21 expression and DNA ploidy and cell proliferation index was analyzed. The results showed that the expression level of rasP21 in esophageal cancer cells (FI) was significantly higher than that in esophageal precancerous lesions. The fluorescence index of rasP2l expression was found to increase with histological grade. DNA ploidy was closely related to the expression of P21.
