本文明确指出坚持以科学发展观为指导,协调文物保护与文化旅游的关系,同时分别从三个方面进行若干论述：一是正确处理文物保护与文化旅游的关系,我们存在哪些差距；二是在发展文化旅游业的过程中,文物资源保护出现极不到位现象,文物资源损失严重又是怎样一种实际情况；三是如何实现文物保护与文化旅游的全面、协调、可持续发展。
This article clearly points out that adhering to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we should coordinate the relationship between the protection of cultural relics and cultural tourism. At the same time, we should make several expositions from three aspects. First, we should correctly handle the relationship between the protection of cultural relics and cultural tourism. What are the differences? In the process of developing cultural tourism, there is a phenomenon that the protection of cultural relics resources is extremely inadequate and what is the serious loss of cultural relics resources. Third, how to realize the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of cultural relics protection and cultural tourism?
