本文分析了国内外潮湿细粒级粘性物料筛分设备的发展过程,目前急待解决的技术问题和我国筛分技术的现状。指出,细粒级粘性物料的干法筛分是当今国内外筛分技术的难点;提出,采用大振幅、大振动强度和较低频率的筛分机械是解决细粒筛分问题的关键。采用动力学平衡结构使筛面振动,筛箱和机架不参与振动是实现筛分机械大型化、保护古老地基的最佳方案。
This paper analyzes the development process of the wet and fine grade sticky material screening equipment at home and abroad, the technical problems that are urgently needed to be solved and the current situation of the screening technology in our country. It is pointed out that the dry screening of fine-grained viscous materials is the difficulty of the screening technology at home and abroad. It is proposed that the use of screening machinery with large amplitude, large vibration intensity and lower frequency is the key to solve the problem of fine-grained screening. The use of dynamic equilibrium structure to make the screen surface vibration, screen box and the frame does not participate in the vibration is to achieve large-scale screening machinery, the best solution to protect the ancient foundation.
