由于目前对于超静定桁架内力的测试实验很少,所以本文设计制作出了一个超静定桁架装置,通过实验的方式来研究它的力学性质。实验中利用应变片,测得加载力之后应变值的相应变化,再利用应变平均值与轴力和弯矩的关系,得到实验值。将实验值与理论值进行对比分析,证明了实验值与理论分析结果之间的误差很小,进一步地确定了实验值具有一定的可行性。
Since there are few test experiments on the internal forces of statically indeterminate truss, a statically indeterminate truss device is designed and manufactured to study its mechanical properties experimentally. In the experiment, the strain gauge was used to measure the corresponding change of strain after the loading force. The relationship between the average value of strain and axial force and bending moment was used to obtain the experimental value. The experimental value and the theoretical value are compared and analyzed. It is proved that the error between the experimental value and the theoretical analysis result is very small, and the experimental value is further confirmed to be feasible.
