目的了解某医院一起由真菌污染空气引发的院内感染情况及其感染因素,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。方法采用现场调查和实验室监测相结合的方法 ,对某医院一起医院内真菌感染事件进行调查与分析。结果该医院在2013年8月中上旬的2周时间内,手术室和产房连续发生26例真菌感染病例,感染率为6.77%。在感染患者伤口分泌物中和手术室空气中检出同源性致病真菌。经及时采取严格消毒隔离措施之后,手术室及相关病房环境表面和空气中未检出同类真菌,无新发病例出现。结论该医院此次发生的院内真菌感染为一起由空气污染真菌引发的医院感染事件,经采取有效防控措施及时扑灭了感染疫情。
Objective To understand the nosocomial infection caused by fungal air pollution in a hospital and to provide evidence for effective prevention and control measures. Methods The method of field investigation and laboratory monitoring was used to investigate and analyze the fungal infection in a hospital together. Results In the hospital in the first 2 weeks of mid-August, 2013, 26 cases of fungal infections were observed in the operating room and delivery room, with an infection rate of 6.77%. Homologous pathogenic fungi are detected in the wound secretions of infected patients and in the air of the operating room. After timely and strict disinfection and isolation measures, no similar fungi were detected in the environment of the operating room and related wards and in the air, and no new cases occurred. Conclusion The nosocomial fungus infection in this hospital was a nosocomial infection caused by airborne fungi. The epidemic situation was promptly extinguished after effective prevention and control measures were taken.
