目的观察无水乙醇固化卵巢巧克力囊肿联合试管婴儿技术的安全性。方法 2015年1月至2017年1月深圳市人民医院收治的符合纳入标准的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者31例为研究对象,均行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术。将每例标本分为7份,无水乙醇固化1 min、2 min、3 min、4 min、5 min、6 min、7 min后立即行常规病理切片检查,观察组织结构是否发生变化。结果所有组织切片仅见内壁上皮细胞、子宫内膜腺体细胞发生退行性变化,但其周围囊壁组织仍正常。结论 7 min以内的无水乙醇固化不会对囊壁组织造成即时的组织损伤,卵巢组织的安全性可以得到保证,无水乙醇固化卵巢巧克力囊肿联合试管婴儿技术助孕安全可行。
Objective To observe the safety of combination of absolute alcohol-cured ovarian chocolate cyst and IVF. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 31 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in Shenzhen People’s Hospital. All patients underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision. The specimens were divided into 7 parts and the ethanol was fixed for 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 6 min and 7 min respectively. The histopathological examination was performed immediately to observe whether the tissue structure changed. Results Only the inner wall epithelial cells were seen in all the sections of the tissue. Endometrial glandular cells degenerated but the surrounding wall tissues were still normal. Conclusion The solidification of anhydrous ethanol within 7 min will not cause immediate tissue damage to the cyst wall, and the safety of ovarian tissue can be guaranteed. It is safe and feasible to combine the sterilized ovarian chocolate cyst with IVF.
